The airline's new premium economy class on international flights was accompanied by the release of its new logo: actually a fresh look of their flying kangaroo.
Asked about the new logo, Qantas executive general manager John Borghetti said: "This move... reflects the changing structure of our new aircraft..."
The logo was adapted to fit the tail of the new A380 aircraft, reflecting also the airline's contemporary design focus.
Boeing 767 is the first aircraft to carry the new logo, used for domestic flights.
Progressiveley, the new branding will be rolled out on the delivery of the first A380.

First appeared in 1944, the Qantas kangaroo logo was an adaptation of the the Australian one-penny coin, being painted beneath the cockpit of Qantas first Liberator aircraft.
Since 1944 the logo has been modified four times in 1947, 1968, 1984 and 2007.
